This pass can be purchased in both Japan and overseas. You can purchase an exchange order overseas and exchange it for a JR Hokkaido Rail Pass after entering Japan at JR Sapporo Station, ShinChitose Airport Station, or JR Travel Service Centers in Hokkaido.
To purchase a JR Hokkaido Rail Pass in Japan, go to a JR Hokkaido Travel Service Centers, JR Hokkaido Visitors Information Desk, and so on.
Notes:
You must exchange your exchange order for a pass within 3 months after purchasing the order.
You can reserve a Hokkaido Rail Pass in advance. Pick up your pass at the JR Hokkaido Visitors Information Desk in JR Sapporo Station or Shin Chitose Airport Station.
