1. Tokyo Disneyland

It's the most popular theme park in Japan. Tokyo Disneyland is filled with people through the year. Small children can enjoy the fun in Tokyo Disneyland.

2. Universal Studios Japan

Universal Studios Japan is the first Universal Studios outside the US. It's located in Osaka, the second largest city in Japan.

3. Tokyo DisneySea

Tokyo DisneySea is located right next to the Tokyo Disneyland. It consists of seven theme ports, presenting stories of the ocean for the guests. Tokyo DisneySea is suitable for older children and adults.

4. Fuji Q Highland

It's located by Lake Kawaguchi near Mt. Fuji. Attractions include lots of thrilling rides, such as Fujiyama, Dodonpa, and Ejanaika coasters. Small kids can have fun at the Thomas Land.

5. Nagashima Spa Land

It's a fun amusement park located in Nagashima Resort which consists of hotels, hot springs, sport facilities, and lots more. The Steel Dragon 2000 is known as the world's longest coaster. It opens a large water park in the summer.

6. Edo Wonderland - Nikko Edomura

Recreates old streets and buildings of the Edo era.
Address: Karakura Nikko-city, Tochigi
Access: Take a bus for Edomura from Tobu Kinugawa Onsen Station. It takes about 20 minutes.
Hours: 9 a.m. - 5 p.m./ 9:30-4 p.m. (Dec.1- March 19)
Admission: 4,500 yen (adult) 2,300 yen (child)

7. Nagasaki Huis Ten Bosch

Huis ten Bosch is a popular theme park which imitates Holland villages. It's located in Nagasaki prefecture.

8. Shima Spain Village PARQUE ESPAÑA

Shima Spain Village is a large resort consists of a Spanich-themed park called Parque España, hotels, and a hot spring facility.
Address: Sakazaki Isobe-cho Shima-city, Mie
Access: Take 13 minutes by bus from Kintetsu Shima Line Ugata Station to Shima Spain Village.
Hours: 9:30 a.m. - 7 p.m.
Passport Tickets: 4,800 yen (adults)、3,800 yen (children age 12 - 17), 3,200 yen (children age 4 - 11)

9. Space World

It's a space-themed amusement park.
Address: 4-1-1 Higashida Yahata-Higashi-ku Kitakyushu-city, Fukuoka
Access: JR Kagoshima Honsen Line Space World Station
Hours: 10 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Free Pass Tickets: 4,200 yen (adults), 3,150 yen (children age 6 - 11), 1,050 yen (children age 4-)

10. Tobu World Square

Exhibites miniatures of historic sites and architectures in the world.
Address: 209-1 Ohara Kinugawaonsen Nikko-city, Tochigi
Access: 5 minutes by bus from Tobu Railway Ninugawa Onsen Station. Or, 8 minutes by walk from Tobu Kosagoe Station.
Hours: 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. / 9 a.m. - 4 p.m. (Nov.11 - March 19)
Admission: 2,500 yen (from middle school age children), 1,200 yen (children from age 4)
