Guests at Tokyo Disneyland can wear Halloween accessories, such as hair bands and hats available at the park shops during the Halloween celebration.
During the 14 days, from September 10 to 16, and from October 28 to November 3, guests can enter Tokyo Disneyland fully dressed in Disney character costumes. Please note that some costume restrictions apply. For example, items which cover the whole face, sharp objects, long chains, extremely long dresses, bare feet, inline skates, kickboards, and skateboards, are forebidden. Changing facilities are available at the Carriage House Refreshment located outside of the Tokyo Disneyland Main Entrance.

Guests at Tokyo DisneySea can wear Halloween accessories, such as hair bands and hats available at the park shops. *Full costumes aren't allowed at Tokyo DisneySea, except for children (age 11 and younger). Cast members at Mediterranean Harbor and American Waterfront wear venetian masks during the Halloween celebration. Also, at American Waterfront, guests can receive candies from Candy Witch cast members, saying "trick or treat".
Guests can purchase discount passport tickets called "Hallween Again Passport" if they go to either Tokyo Disneyland or Tokyo DisneySea during this Halloween celebration period. The passport tickets are only available at the parks and valid for admission to either Tokyo Disneyland or Tokyo DisneySea.
Hallween Again Passport Price: 4,800 yen (Age 18 - ), 4,300 yen (Age 12-17), 3,400 yen (Age 4-11)

*These passports can't be used on September 20, 21, October 11, 17, 24, 31 in 2009 for Tokyo Disneyland and September 20 and October 11 in 2009 for Tokyo DisneySea.
