Admission for Regular Exhibitions:
600 yen (age 18-69), 400 yen (college students) *Admissions for special exhibitions vary for each exhibition.

Free Admission Day: May 18 (International Museum Day), the third Monday of September (Japanese Respect for the Aged Day)

Hours:
9:30 a.m. - 5 p.m. (- 6 p.m. on Sat. Sun. holidays from April to Sep.)
( - 8 p.m. on Fri. during special exhibition periods from April to Dec.)
It's basically closed on Mondays (except holidays) and Dec. 28 - Jan. 1.
*If a national holiday falls on a Monday, it's closed the next day (Tuesday).
