Tsurugajo (Japanese Version)Tsurugajo Koen is the surroundings of Tsurugajo Castle which was originally built in the 14th century. It's known for the tragedy of Byakko-tai party in late 19th century.
There are about 1,000 sakura trees in the park. Cherry blossoms are gorgeous with the main castle tower. During the cherry blosssom festival, stone walls, moats, and sakura trees are illuminated. It's one of the best places to see sakura in Japan.
