Arashiyama is the area around the Togetsukyo Bridge in the Ooigawa River. The Kameyama Park, the Nakanoshima Park, and the area around the Rinzenji Temple are called Arashiyama Park. Many people visit here for the sceneries. Especially, it's a great place to see the fall foliages and cherry blossoms. There are about 1,000 sakura trees, and cherry blossoms are illuminated at night.
