Japan Airlines offers overseas travelers a discount fare on domestic flights in Japan. The oneworld Yokoso/Visit Japan Fare allows travelers to fly within Japan for a only 10,000 yen per sector, excluding taxes and surcharges. These special fares are available for use between 42 cities in Japan. Travelers must reside outside Japan and must purchase the oneworld Yokoso/Visit Japan Fare prior to travel with their JAL groups international tickets.

ANA offers special discount domestic fares for overseas travelers on Star Alliance Partner Carriers or ANK.
The Airpass allows travelers to fly within Japan for a only 11,000 yen per flight, excluding taxes.
In order to purchase a Star Alliance Japan Airpass, travelers must reside outside Japan and must use international flights in any class on ANA, ANK or Star Alliance Partner Carriers to/from Japan.
