There is a large bronze incense burner in front of the main building in Senso-ji. It's believed that smoke from the incense has the divine power, so visitors wave smoke toward their bodies and heads to heal illness or to keep their health. Also, check out the five-story pagoda located on the left to the temple's main building.

Rickshaw (Jinriki-sha) Ride
Sightseeing tours by rickshaw is popular in Asakusa. Soujiro Okazakiya is one of the most popular ones. He is a great storyteller and show you around, taking your pictures in the best spots. The charge starts from 13,000 yen (about $110) for two people. You can find him or others who pull the rickshaws around Kaninari-mon Gate.
Dining in Asakusa
Asakusa is known for ningyo-yaki, which are small Japanese cakes with sweet beans filling. Try a fresh made ningyo-yaki at nakamise street. Also, monjyayaki, which is similar to okonomiyaki (Japanese-style pancake) is good. People directly eat monjya-yaki from a teppan (iron table). Try various monjya-yaki at Hyotan (03-3845-5050). To eat Tempura in Asakusa, go to Daikoku-ya (03-3844-1111). Huge shrimp tempura is delicious there.
