Internet Suicide Pact in Japan

In recent months, many Internet-linked suicide cases have been frequently reported in Japan. A group of people who acquainted through the Web plan and commit suicide together. Over 20 people have committed suicide in suicide pacts since Feb. this year, and most of them are Japanese youngesters.There is a series of suicide pacts which people fill a room or a car with carbon monoxide from charcoal in portable stoves.

It's said that access to websites for people who want to kill themselves are increasing.Suicidal or depressive people in Japan tend not to know where to go to get help. Apparently, establishment of the support system for suicidal people is urgent.
