Mito Kairakuen is one the three most beautiful gardens in Japan. The ninth Mito Clan Lord, Nariaki Tokugawa created this park in 1841. This 13-hectare park has 3,000 plum trees of 100 varieties, so you can view pink and white blossoms all over. - Yoshino Baigou Ume Festival
