Golden Week in Japan

The Golden week starts on April 29 and ends on May 6 this year. There are four national holidays during this period: Showa Day (April 29), Constitution Memorial Day (May 3), Greenery Day (May 4), and Children's Day (May 5). It's one of the busiest travel time of the year in Japan. If you are traveling at this time, please make reservations for transportation and accommodations as soon as possible.
