Mt. Fuji is one of the best attractions in Japan. It's said about 300,000 people from around the world try to climb the mountain every year. The official climbing season of Mt. Fuji begins on July 1 and continues to the end of August. Because of the weather and convenient transportation and accommodation options, it's best to climb Mt. Fuji during these two months.
