Hiroshima Peace Memorial

The Peace Memorial Ceremony is held on August 6th in the Hiroshima Peace Memorial Park, commemorating the 63rd anniversary of the atomic bombing in Hiroshima. A temporary campsite will be open from August 3 to 7 at Hiroshima City University for visitors. Camping is free, but you need to apply by July 31 to make a reservation. (Hiroshima Peace Camp 2008)
