Moving to Misawa, Japan

A member of Japan Travel forum is moving to Japan and asks, "My wife and I could possibiliy moving to MIsawa, Japan to work on the US base as civilians. I have 2 dogs. I would like to know if there are apartments for people with dogs..."
Any Advice?

yes there are, if you are going to live on base just tell the housing you have dogs.
