Japanese Girl's Festival

Hina doll March 3rd is Japanese Girl's Day called Hina Matsuri or momo no sekku (peach flower festival.) A set of hina dolls wearing kimono (see the photo) is displayed at home of Japanese girls. People pray for girls' happiness and health, eating special food.
