Travelling with Blind Aunty

"I'm just wondering if it would be hard to travel around Japan with a blind Aunty? I really want to take her to places but I'm abit concerned about where to go that will allow her to experience Japan without having to really see it and how I go about in moving from one place to another - mostly the crowded trains, etc..." Suggestions?
